Hay guys how are..??? hope you will be fine , alright today’s posting I am going to share the recipes and how to make food and cake spacially Indonesian food,  this is specially  preference to try at home and enjoy it  with  your beloved people and also you can make this food for  feast day or celebration like Eid Mubarak, graduation party atc. and hope you will like my post and nice try it..

                                                       SOTO AYAM ( CHICKEN SOUP)
 
      
                                                  

Javanese style Chicken soup or in Indonesia, Most soto dishes originate from Java. You can find it easily in what we called warung or restaurants in town. Actually Taste and also the appearance of chicken soup in each region is quick different. But basically the material and also how to make chicken soup is same. And  the materials that we need in soto ayam is easy to find in nearer market and the way to cook is really simple and easy and if you interested to try here we go the recipe

Firstly , in general if want to  cook you have to  prepare stuffs  like pan, serving bowl, knife, stock, mortar or blinder and frying pan. And also prepare the Ingredients such as 1 chicken meat, 200 grams of bean sprouts / sprouts (boiled briefly), 200 grams of cabbage / cabbage, 2 tomatoes, 4 pieces of potato (can be boiled / fried), 3 pieces of boiled eggs, 2 liters of water and  2 bay leaves,  2 stalks lemongrass , 25 grams of galangal or powder, 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, 5 grams of turmeric, 15 grams of ginger, 3 cloves of red onion,  2 cloves of garlic, 4 pieces of candlenuts,  2 tablespoons of salt  ½ teaspoon of pepper and
 after that if you already have the ingredients take mortar or blinder and mashed the Ingredients those are 3 cloves red onion, and garlic, then 4 pieces of candlenuts and 2 tablespoon salt and half teaspoon of paper and the take some onion and cut into thin slices and fried in hot oil until the sliced of onions be crunchy. And then if you finish mashed the Ingredients and fried some onion now how to make or how to cook soto ayam
Firstly, sauté  the spices that have been mashed, till the aroma come out then, boil the chicken in the pan together with spices that have been sautéed and add galangal , lemongrass, lime leaves then cook it  around 30 minutes until chicken become well done after that add salt and paper to your taste Into boiled chicken broth, and then when chicken meal is enough well done take off and let it cold after that separate the chicken from the bone and Then return the bone into the sauce in the pan and add Sliced leeks and wait until the sauce boils, while waiting  prepare cabbage, bean sprouts, potato slices, sliced eggs, tomatoes and chicken meat that  already separate from the bone put it into a serving bowl and after that flush soup cooked into the ingredients in the bowl          
Secondly, To decorate chicken soup to look more  seductive and beautiful, you can sprinkle with fried onions, and add slices of lime and eggs  on it to taste and the chicken soup already to serve





                                                                        BURASA

                                         




Buras is one of the most popular food in south sulawesi . Why this food is very liked by the people of sulawesi besides the taste is delicious, also because the ingredients and make burasa , it’s easy and very simple. And if you want to try it here we go the recipe and how to make it.

The first things that we have to prepare in making burasa, those are banana leaves that have dried to wilt, Scissors for cutting, tie and the Ingredients those are 1 litter of rice,  milk coconut , 2 bay leaves, 3 pieces of pandan leaves, and salt

Secondly how to cook and make burasa, first of all, Clean the rice then washed, then  Steam the rice until half cooked, remove then Mix with boiling coconut milk, bay leaf, lemongrass, and salt. Stir well. Cook half cooked is cook  until coconut milk is absorbed. And after that take off the half cooked  rice, Place on a container to be wrapped in banana leaves that have been scissors to size.
Take 2 tablespoons of half cooked rice . Wrap with banana leaves oval shape and Tie each two packs into a single bond. Boil water until boiling, then entering the bundle into the big pan . Boil for 2 hours. If the water of cooking runs out, add water till burasa well done cook. And serve burasa with chicken soup or curry.
                                    

                                                             JEMPUTAN NANGKA

 
 
                                       

The typical cake from Southeast Sulawesi this one will be very fond if you miss it, especially how to make it and the material is also not difficult, the material for wrapping jumputan is also unique, the peel of corn is  a unique textured with a bright color , This food is suitable for your afternoon with your beloved people , and If you are interested to make it  following the recipe below

First of all prepare the materials such as 100 gr corn comb, 2 banana horn, puree, 150 gr of jackfruit, cut into small pieces, 25 gr sugar, 100 grams of brown sugar, a fine comb, 50 ml of coconut milk from 1/4 coconut, 2 chicken eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, Corn skin, choose the width, and now how to make it

Prepare the container, then put the jackfruit  together with corn, and the banana that has been in the puree, then  mix well. Add also with sugar, brown sugar, coconut milk, eggs and salt, and stir back until blended. Take a piece of corn husk, spoon the dough, then roll and stitch each of the ends with a stick or a toothpick, do it all wrapped up. Steam in a cauldron until cooked over medium heat for 30 minutes until cooked, remove and serve immediately.
